Eligibility, free-play rules and account responsibilities for Indusit Valley.
Using the service
These Terms apply to Indusit Valley and its browser games. By creating an account or accepting guest access, you agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy. Keep a copy for reference. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use guest play.
UK adults only
You must be at least 18 years old and resident in the United Kingdom. Provide accurate eligibility information and keep account details current. Do not share an account or authenticated device with a child. Access may be restricted where eligibility cannot be established.
Account responsibility
Choose a strong password and keep it private. You are responsible for protecting access to your account and promptly reporting suspected misuse through Support. Do not use someone else’s identity, impersonate another player or create accounts to bypass a play break or abuse free grants.
Fictional credits and no prizes
All games use fictional Play Credits with no monetary value. Credits cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, withdrawn or redeemed. No cash, goods, services or other prizes of value can be won. Levels, scores, missions and cosmetic settings are personal entertainment features with no exchange value. Social-casino results do not predict success at real-money gambling.
Game records and free grants
The server records outcomes, balance changes and eligible free claims. A repeated request identifier restores the recorded round rather than creating another award. Free grants are subject to the limits shown in the product. Complete an unresolved feature before starting a new round. Attempts to alter requests, exploit faults or automate abuse are prohibited.
Optional community challenges
Discovery tournaments require explicit participation. Your nickname and server-calculated score can appear in the daily table after you join. Only eligible recorded rounds after joining count. Scores are capped as explained on the challenge page, do not affect game outcomes and carry no payments, prizes or rewards of value.
Content and acceptable conduct
Use the website and its artwork only through the intended service. Do not redistribute protected assets, interfere with systems, probe private records, submit unlawful material or harass others through support channels. Report a suspected fault without trying to exploit it.
Availability and account restrictions
Maintenance, technical problems and product changes may affect availability. We may correct errors or restrict misuse. A player-requested break takes effect immediately and cannot be shortened. You may delete your account using the confirmed control in your profile; this removes its associated play records as described in the Privacy Policy.
Service limits and questions
The games are provided for entertainment. We do not promise uninterrupted access, a particular fictional result or any real-world benefit. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that applicable law does not permit to be excluded. Ask about these Terms, an account restriction or a recorded round through Support or care@indusitvalley.com. Changes will be reflected in the displayed update date.
